"My Cafe" hit #1 in the cooking games category and picked up the Apple Editors' Choice in its first year after launch.
Set up the Game Economy and LiveOps divisions, built out the Product Design practice, and rolled out RICE prioritization across the team.
Ran the product strategy through "My Cafe"'s launch and early growth. Built and scaled the dev team; set up planning, prioritization, and ops from scratch.
Reached #1 in the genre through a long-tail retention strategy — results that ultimately led to the merger with Moon Active.
Ran four product lines in parallel: the World of Tanks Assistant mobile app, Wargaming Public APIs, Developers Partner Program, and the World of Tanks magazine.
Launched a joint tariff plan with Rostelecom — the first deal of its kind in Russia, bundling F2P premium status and in-game content directly into an ISP subscription.
The magazine hit Top Grossing on the App Store across all regions. World of Tanks Assistant reached several million MAU, keeping the PC game's core audience engaged between sessions.
Deployed and integrated the ATG e-commerce platform and ERP systems for Thomas Cook and Sportmaster.
Ran client communication, defined Vision and Scope, and translated business needs into requirements for the R&D team.
